• Clean periodically with our Ptal-Kansa De-Oxidising Cleaning Solution or use a natural homemade scrub made from atta (whole wheat flour), salt, and lemon.
• Gently rub the surface, rinse well, and wipe dry.

After Washing

• Dry thoroughly with a soft cloth after each wash to help prevent watermarks and maintain the natural beauty of the metal.

Refinish and Exchange

We believe in products that last a lifetime. If you wish to restore your product's original finish, simply send it back to us for professional refinishing by our skilled craftsmen. You can also exchange your old bronze, brass, or copper product for a new one from our collection. We will evaluate its material, weight, and condition, and the assessed value will be adjusted toward your new purchase.

We do not accept returns for orders where the product does not match your satisfaction but is perfect in terms of quality, sizes and other details mentioned on our website. Also once the package is dispatched from our warehouse, its highly dependent on the courier partner, if any delays in delivery please stay patient. Refer To our Policy Page.
